NEW YEAR RESOLUTION – 2018 – IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH AND DO SOCIAL WORK

1. IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE:
   1. Exercise controls WEIGHT
   2. Exercise improves MOOD
   3. Exercise promotes SLEEP
   4. Exercise improves MEMROY
   5. Exercise makes you LOOK SMART
   6. Exercise increases SELF CONFIDECE
   7. Exercise reduces risk of HEART ATTACK
   8. Exercise puts the spark back into SEXTUAL LIFE
   9. Exercise increases STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY
   10. Exercise helps in reduction of STRESS and STRAIN

Whole Hearted Congratulations for the Leadership, You are showing while performing the duties of the Prime Minister of the Great Country, CANADA. Keep it up and it seems that You will prove to be the Best Prime Minister. Everyone is appreciattng Your Nice Behaviour and Soft Image.

It is very necessary for the Development, Progress and Prosperity of the Country that Everyone Must VOTE. The Public must understand the following;
